  • Guarantee the legitimacy of any listing or seller

  • Handle payments, delivery, or contract arrangements

Buyers and sellers assume full responsibility for verifying information, arranging payment, and completing transactions safely and legally.

All sales are “buyer beware.”

We strongly encourage veterinary checks, bill-of-sale documentation, appropriate transport arrangements, and compliance with local laws.

7. Business Directory Listings

Directory listings are submitted by users or business owners. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee:

  • The legitimacy of any business

  • The quality of their products or services

  • That listings are current, accurate, or complete

Users should exercise due diligence before engaging with any business found on the Site.

No Endorsement

The inclusion of any business, individual, event, classified ad, product, service, or listing on My Equine World does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, approval, or verification by My Equine World.

Featured placements, paid memberships, badges, or enhanced listings reflect advertising or promotional options only and do not imply quality, safety, legality, or suitability.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting businesses, sellers, services, events, and professionals found on the Site.

8. Events Calendar

Event listings are user-submitted. We do not guarantee:

  • Event accuracy or legitimacy

  • Event safety, cancellations, or schedule changes

  • That an event complies with equine welfare standards or regulations

Users should verify all event information directly with event organizers.

9. Memberships, Subscriptions & Paid Services

If you purchase a membership, subscription, featured listing, advertising placement, or other paid service on My Equine World:

  • All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the billing interval selected at checkout

  • Billing will continue until you cancel your subscription

  • You are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription through your account prior to the next billing cycle

  • No refunds or credits are issued for partial billing periods, unused time, or early cancellation

  • Cancellation stops future billing only and does not result in a refund of previously paid fees.

  • Failure to comply with these Terms may result in suspension or termination of services without refund

We may modify pricing or service offerings with advance notice. Continued use of paid services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics, logos, and content on this Site—other than User Content—is the property of My Equine World or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy or redistribute content

  • Use our branding without permission

  • Scrape or harvest data
